Regional Program Manager As a Regional Program Manager with KenCrest, you will be responsible for the direct supervision and monitoring of assigned programs so that the KenCrest philosophy is carried out at the program level, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and agency guidelines.   You will be responsible for the care of individuals supported through the Personal Support Network, including maintaining a healthy emotional and physical environment, ensuring that the unique needs of each person are met, and helping each person achieve their greatest potential. You will represent the needs of those we serve to the agency, and ensure that the services provided meet the individual needs of each consumer.   What You Will Do: Monitor assigned consumers and services received through visits and direct support of an extended duration at least weekly.  Monitor program function by reviewing records and program documentation for each assigned consumer.  Review program documentation, medication logs and perform and maintain home reviews, and recommend changes when necessary. Assist individuals with implementation of the outcomes and action steps outlined in the ISP. Assist individuals and support team with development of the Annual Assessment, including completing skills assessments. Develop supports to make delivery of service efficient and consistent, i.e. schedule management, communication books, and effective outcome recording sheets. Maintain and/or complete quarterly reviews, monthly reports, fire safety records, staff and individual consumer records, ISP’s, assessments, and consultant reports in accordance with KenCrest policy, state regulations and OSHA standards. Prepare for annual licensing and other audits on an on-going basis, where applicable. Monitor and review petty cash submissions, expenditures, consumer spending. Review staff hours worked for assigned consumers.  Review staff schedules and timesheets for accuracy to ensure proper coverage and provision of outlined services and for the health, safety and welfare of those we serve. Participate in interviewing, hiring, supervising, and evaluating the job performance of direct support staff. Administer and assist in disciplinary actions as required. Act as mentor and role model for direct support staff. Attend staff meetings to disseminate information, discuss issues, act as mediator, and offer support and team-building resolution to the issues where applicable. Serve as a resource to staff for implementation of activities aimed at identified consumer outcomes. Ensure that consumers obtain quality health care.   Accompany and/or assist consumers to important appointments to ensure that the consumer’s health care needs are being met. When needed, attend 90-day psychiatric reviews to keep abreast of the consumer’s psychiatric needs.                Guide and assist, if necessary, consumers in proper use of civil legal rights. Ensure that all consumers’ individual rights are respected at all times. Guide and/or assist individuals in learning about community resources, and support staff to carry out these functions. Ensure continuance of family and friend relationships, where desired. Ensure the accurate and appropriate flow of communication to support specialists, staff, and key relationships. Implement agency policies and procedures, including those on Personnel, Behavior Management, Disciplinary Guidelines, Vehicle Safety, Fire Safety, Medication Administration, and other medical policies/procedures. Attend management meetings or other meetings as required. Attend training as deemed necessary by supervisor for skill enhancement and professional growth. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.   Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of related work experience. Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, required Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record, required Clear criminal record, background checks and drug test in accordance with state requirements, required Strong Communication skills, required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, required    IND123
