What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Analyst position at KenCrest?
The IT Systems Analyst champions the idea that all employees have access to and a working understanding of our enterprise systems. The position coaches staff providing guidance in the use and support for our EHR, Kronos, and other software systems. The System Analyst collaborates with the Director of Application Administration, business leaders and staff to ensure that technology is implemented with a direct understanding of how it will benefit the organization’s overall operations.
This is a hybrid role; mostly Work From Home standard Monday through Friday with virtual meeting and in-office requirements as needed (team meetings, possibly up to one to two times a month). There may also be occasional travel to the client homes/offices within all three state we provide services to implement different systems.
Some Essential Functions of the Position:
Assist with prioritization for software application administration
Make decisions based on application administration priorities, and business operational needAlign software application decisions with organizational goals
Communicate software application design, analysis and changes with IT management and staff
Provide, maintain, support EHR application growth and use throughout KenCrestAssist with the implementation of new software application systems
Maintain relationships across all business units and Information Technology
Design, Build and Assist with integration of software applications
Coordinate the management of upgrade: testing and working with staff to schedule implementation
Assist managers with promoting enterprise system(s) use
Perform needs analysis by program
Develop a working knowledge and understanding of all enterprise systems including Kronos, PeopleSoft, EVV, Microsoft, Maintenance Connection etc.
Work with IT, operational and financial business units on software application integration, support
Train key management and staff to analyze data to ensure accuracy and optimal use of systems
Develop user documentation and training materials; work collaboratively with the training department to enhance the end-user training experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems and Technology or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in database and systems analysis required
Prior Experience and working knowledge of billing and financial systems required, specific systems such as Evolv, EHR systems, Kronos, Dayforce, and Relias training system preferredExperience with report generators used with relational databases such as Crystal Reports preferredKnowledge of SQL Server a plus
