Estimating Manager
kend adjusters is a family owned and operated company with a long-standing reputation for excellence in the construction industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join our team. The Estimating Manager will be responsible for the daily duties of the estimating department including, but not limited to, estimating projects and projects, managing relationships with clients, vendors, and other employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties of the Estimating Department in a timely manner.
- Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare bid estimates for projects and projects in progress.
- Prepare estimates for new jobs and/or new projects.
- Prepare estimates for new jobs or new projects.
- Prepare estimates for new projects as they come in or out of development.
- Prepare estimates for new projects as they come in or out of development.
- Prepare estimates for new jobs or new projects as they come in or out of development.
- Manage project schedule and budgets to ensure timely delivery of accurate bids to clients.
- Assist with project management including bidding, bidding changes, change orders, etc..
- Assist with project administration including bidding, bidding changes, change orders, etc..
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Education: Minimum Associate’s Degree (A.A.)or equivalent work experience: 3-5 years' experience in Construction Estimating required (Preferred) Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Construction Estimating or related field preferred (Preferred) Construction Management preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in Construction Estimating required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
