What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Prep Associate position at Kenly 95 Petro?
Kenly 95 Petro has a variety of fresh foods to choose from in our Convenience Store! We are hiring a Food Prep Associate for the preparation and serving of these food items. This position requires an energetic individual who knows their way around a kitchen and isn’t afraid to try new things.
Hours will be flexible between 4:00AM and 12:00PM.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation of cold and hot food items in the kitchen
- Portions and prepares cold and hot food items such as breakfast items, salads, appetizers and sandwiches
- Works with a team that is striving for the same goal – success of the company and convenience for our customers
- Responsible for maintaining a sanitary kitchen work station
- Responsible for maintaining a presentable store at all times for our customers
- Maintaining the coffee area
Qualifications:
- Kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment and take directions
- Ability to stand for 8 hours during a scheduled shift
