Are you passionate about animal welfare and looking to make a difference? Join our team at Paws For Life K9 REscue as Front Desk Staff! We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to work part-time on Saturdays and Sundays, managing the front desk of our bustling animal care facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
  • Processing adoptions and fostering applications
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (Bilingual proficiency is a must)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Passion for animal welfare and compassion towards animals
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Expected hours: 16 per week
