By joining our Division of Driver Licensing as an Administrative Section Supervisor in Floyd County, you’ll have the opportunity to provide direct supervision over all employees within a regional office: and performs other duties as assigned.
Holders of the Administrative Section Supervisor position will complete tasks such as:
- Provide leadership and training to staff.
- Approve employee’s time and perform evaluations.
- Ensure the daily tasks, internal and external customers are completed.
- Provide Reporting of office tasks.
Holders of this job will obtain the following skills:
- Will acquire leadership skills to perform in a standalone regional office.
- Will acquire professional technology, phone and face to face customer and employee service skills.
- Will become acquainted with banking and daily reconciliation processes.
- Will acquire knowledge of legal document verification and regulations.
Desired candidates possess the following requisite skills or experience applicable to the position:
- Leadership abilities working as an individual and as a team.
- Customer Service professional with phone and walk in services.
- Basic accounting skills collecting and processing money.
- Program management and create reporting of office processes.
Additional position information:
The position is sitting at a desk and could have minimal lifting and travel with overnight stays.
