What You Will Do As part of our ongoing efforts to build the "single source of truth" for finance (F360) and create initial MVPs for self-service reporting, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a FinDnA Project Manager – Global FP&A. The FinDna Project Manager – Global FP&A is responsible for ensuring access to harmonized and reconciled financial data across all global and regions and plays a pivotal role in the success of the project. The individual needs to have a broad understanding of the Consumer Health Global Operating Model, with specific experience in Kenvue Worldwide Consolidation Process, as well as knowledge of financial forecasting processes. This role collaborates with a global network of finance professionals to design, deploy, and manage global FP&A processes. This individual helps drive business technology alignment, consistent process deployment and adoption, Master Data readiness, KPI measurement, and performance management in areas including budgeting and forecasting, financial planning, working capital management, strategic insight, and decision support. Key Responsibilities - Work with CII team to prioritize use cases and standardization alignments - Shape and influence the future state reporting needs and usecases - Support collection of existing financial reports (including manual and excels) - Provide business / process specific context and engage with other SMEs in the regions and global teams - Ensure regional and global leadership is updated on the project progress and continuously be the VoC - Provide Reporting and business process requirements for Analytics use cases incl. key metrics and definitions - Explain experiential challenges faced by end users - Validate design of data models and reports - Perform data validation and user acceptance tests - Act as owners/catalysts of change for process and regions - Support change management strategy, outlining key change interventions, milestones, and readiness activities - Support training of new users Other Responsibilities - Supports ad hoc requests / projects - Supports continuous improvement activities - Supports training and communications sessions across broader finance organization - Ensure policies and procedures are followed - Develop, maintain, and deploy FP&A process documentation
Qualifications:
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications - A minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Proven experience in financial reporting and data analysis - Excellent oral and written English communication, analytical, influencing skills and ability to develop strong relationships with leadership team members is require - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team Desired Qualifications - Experience in project management and change management is a plus - Familiarity with financial systems such as OneStream and S4 is preferred - Prior experience in WW FP&A Consolidation - Innovative and continuous improvement mindset is preferred The anticipated base pay range for this role is $97,000-$166,750.
