SYSTEMS SUPPORT II:
This position will be an administrator for our Microsoft 365 account and will also be tasked with maintaining virtual and physical servers. This user will be working as part of the internal IS team while also working directly with the end users. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Microsoft 365 account maintenance, server maintenance, domain maintenance, DNS maintenance, and user support.
The successful applicant will have O365 administration experience, the ability to build and maintain virtual and physical servers, and experience with setting up and maintaining domains. Proficiency Windows operating systems and strong skills in working and communicating with non-technical users is preferred.
