The primary function of the Sales Administrator is to support the Sales Team and Sales Coordinator.

Sales Administrator Qualifications
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent, friendly communication and organization skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The Sales Administrator works indoors, primarily at a desk but also moving about the dealership facility to communicate with the dealer, managers, employees and customers. Excellent verbal and visual communications skills required. S/he must bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach and feel. Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, paint and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials. Must spend extensive periods answering complex telephone switchboard system and routing calls throughout the dealership, tracking the whereabouts of all dealership employees. Working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and inputting data on Video Display Monitor.
