The primary responsibility of the Service Technician is to run the diagnosis and perform repairs as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Perform work as outlined on the Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
? Diagnose cause of malfunctions and perform repairs
? Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended
? Road tests vehicle when required
? Documents all work performed and recommended on the Repair Order
? Stays informed of all manufacturer technical bulletins
? Operates tools and equipment in a safe manner
? Follows all safety policies, practice and procedures.
