KENZO, French fashion brand is currently seeking a Sales Associate, Keyholder to join the Woodbury Commons! The ideal candidate is a team leader, enthusiastic, passionate about fashion and retail. This position will be significant in providing mentorship, sales floor ownership and leading through example. You strive to always provide a personalized client experience, while meeting and exceeding personal sales targets.
Your Impact
- Achieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results, and drive store sales.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills; using the various tools available to develop existing and recruit new clients while fostering long term relationships.
- Develop the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Perform as a team-player and participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
- Assist Management in daily operations; floor leadership and opening/closing duties.
- Support the Store Manager in developing the team through mentoring and best practices.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the company’s policies and provide support as needed.
- Depending on specific store needs, additional responsibilities could include stock operations and visual merchandising.

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 - $20 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
