JOB SUMMARY: The Kerr Financial Analyst is responsible for performance measurements of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, strategy review, long range planning, reporting and analysis. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for gross to net revenue reporting and management. Chargeback process leader for finance Accrual management, calculation and forecasting Chargeback dispute coordinator Deliver value-added business analyses and report financial and operational metrics. creating financial models and analyses. Advise business leadership of opportunities and risks impacting business performance. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university. 3 years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:: Exceptional communication skills with ability to present analysis and findings in both verbal and written formats to all levels of management and size of group The ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex financial reports, statements, and/or projections, and a high proficiency in financial modeling (P/L, cash flows, and balance sheet). Knowledge of a cost accounting environment, candidate doesn’t need to have an extensive background in cost accounting only to be familiar with communicating with cost accountants. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
