We’re looking for a talented Office Assistant to balance out the day-to-day running of a multifaceted and creative organization. It’s a unique workplace with an interesting group of people, and we’re looking for the person who can add the office support we need.
This person’s primary responsibilities will be to answer phones, file, assist administration, and serve as backup & support for our Textiles Customer Service Department.

Job responsibilities include:
- Answering phones.
- Filing.
- Mailing.
- Assisting Textiles Customer Service with order processing.
- Keeping the offices, kitchen, restrooms, and warehouse properly stocked and organized.
- Contributing to a happy office by helping with breakroom treats, birthday celebrations, and holidays.

The ideal candidate will be:
