What You'll Do:
Batchers stage and blend ingredients, package products, and COP all blending and packaging equipment during scheduled cleaning periods. Follows established procedures in order to achieve QC approved products. They demonstrate leadership in the area of safety. This requires observing and enforcing safety rules and practices, encouraging safe work behaviors, and promptly correcting conditions and unsafe behavior, which may lead to accidents. Continually endorse the Quality & Food Safety Policies, assure conformance to all requirements of the Quality & Food Safety Management Systems, & take action to properly report failures of these systems to site management. The Packaging Operator works with the team and reports to the Production Supervisor.
