What you'll do:
- Provide leadership and direction to the plant maintenance department responsible for repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations. Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation to ensure continuous production operations
- Provide guidance and leadership in the life cycle management (ALM) of Manufacturing site
- Leading plant-specific vision and mission to assure continuous improvement and alignment with the corporate vision
- Drive employee engagement, training, and development to maximize manufacturing, quality, safety, and productivity goal attainment
- Managing maintenance and engineering projects including expense, improvement modifications and Capital projects
- All other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Engineering degree preferred
- 7 total years maintenance engineering field or in a manufacturing environment
- Including 3 years Supervisory / Management experience
- Proven experience in project management execution
- Experience in predictive/preventive maintenance programs and on TPM and/or Lean initiatives
- Operations and projects budget planning and managing
- Known to be an inspiring leader cascading the vision of the organization
- Known to be a team and people developer
