With over 45 plant across North America, the Owen, WI plant is a part of our Dairy division. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast paced and fun environment . What You'll Do:
The Owen, WI facility utilizes five different technologies to produce ingredients for Kerry customers and brands. The Production Operator role is to make safe quality products starting with weighing of the raw ingredients to packaging and shipping out the finished project.
- Responsible for following all applicable quality and food safety procedures and policies
- Ensure adherence to proper personal safety regulations, policies and procedures
- Follow all GMP’s, personal safety, and food safety guidelines & accurately maintain company records and forms
- Maintain the work area and ensure equipment is in clean and orderly condition
- Must be able to operate machinery and perform tasks in the production and packaging of food products
- Safely operate a forklift
- Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the Production Supervisor
What You'll Need To Be Successful and Safe:
- High school degree preferred
- Ability to work in different climates (cold or hot)
- Ability to work with Cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work with others and to be self-directed
- Possess mathematical and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Basic computer skills required
