Key responsibilities
Inventory Controller Responsibilities:
- Timely and Safely complete responsibilities
- Cycle count materials based on the “ABC” grouping system which will be monitored by the Materials Manager
- Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and bin location reports.
- Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.
- Responsible for answering CS, Warehouse, Production and Engineering inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist all Warehouse Pullers locate materials.
- Be able to carefully and safely drive the order picker and other warehouse equipment.
- Always maintain a clean and organized work area
- Any other tasks or projects may be assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
- Create and own physical inventory charter for mid and annual counting

Qualifications and skills
- Inventory / CC Planner Requirements but not limited to:
- Minimum 1-year experience with Inventory Counting – preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organization and documentation skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach daily and as needed to perform all job functions
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work in a team as well as independently
- Perform different job functions within the organizations warehouse department
- Must be able to follow procedures, best practices and report unsafe and unprofessional behavior
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
