We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, helping customers find the products they need, and providing advice or recommendations when necessary. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the products we offer, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting items that meet their needs and wants.
- Answer customer questions about products and services.
- Demonstrate knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
