Your responsibilities:

  • Developing strong relationships with borrowers and partners
  • Finding the right loan for borrowers among a wide variety of products
  • Advising and coaching borrowers throughout the loan process
  • Educating borrowers on how to manage their mortgages
  • Developing and managing your own pipeline
  • Communicating between your borrowers and lenders
  • Delivering fast turn times and outstanding customer service

Your qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • A desire to accelerate your career
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to coach your borrowers into the home of their dreams
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or 1 years MLO experience required- willing to make exception for right person(s)
  • Current registration or license under the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
