Kett Engineering is hiring for a Warranty Parts Processor... This role is responsible for overseeing all of the tasks associated with the review and processing of Warranty claims involving parts replacement. The tasks includes all logistical processes involved with receipt, handling, processing, storing, analysis, and disposal of all Warranty parts. This role oversees the procurement of all Warranty parts-and charge-back of claims related to parts requested by the Warranty Parts Return Center, and ensures that claim charge-backs are accepted and implemented when the claim is paid. This role also supports Warranty parts logistics for various Warranty Parts Return Center customers including Product Support, Quality Engineers, Suppliers, Factory, and Emissions Laboratory by ensuring handling, storage, and ultimate disposition of the part. With the help of the Warranty Parts Shipping and HAZMAT Supervisor, this role coordinates the special handling and storage of Warranty parts received from Dealers and classified as HAZMAT. This role is also responsible for the scrapping and disposal of Warranty parts by ensuing that hazardous waste disposal regulations are followed.
