Responsibilities & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Three or more years experience in a Materials Management related position.
- Working knowledge of computer based procurement system
- Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
- Working knowledge of office equipment operation including ,computer, fax machine, etc.
- Performs a variety of computer input, supply procurement processes for departments and/or product categories/companies as assigned.
- Assumes Charge responsibility in the absence of the Manager.
- Assists the Manager in all aspects of Material Distribution and inventory control.
- Assist and adjust all par level forms.
- Assist Material Management in strengthening relations between KHN departments and Material Distribution to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Displays strong leadership qualities and a positive attitude. Uses proper phone etiquette and maintains professional appearance at all times.
- Works on time and attendance and schedule, performs par leveling back up as needed.
- Performs cycle counts and maintains records as required.
- Ability to multi task and cover all areas of Materials Distribution as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of High School or it’s equivalent
