- Oversee the end-user computing environment, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms
- Ensure seamless and secure access to the tools and resources employees need to be productive and engaged
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that improve the employee experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in end-user computing and collaboration technologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the organization
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the end-user computing and collaboration teams, encouraging experimentation and calculated risk-taking.
- Apply engineering principles and methodologies to the design, development, and implementation of end-user computing and collaboration solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment of end-user computing and collaboration initiatives with the overall technology strategy and architecture.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and DevOps practices within the end-user computing and collaboration teams, to improve the speed and quality of delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in end-user computing and collaboration technologies
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
- Strong understanding of the employee experience and how technology can enhance it
