The Position

As the Vice President of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of 3 Branch Locations. You will lead a team of professionals in Parts, Service, Rental, Logistics, and Customer Support, ensuring that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our strategic goals. This is a high-impact role, requiring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee parts, service, rental, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators and establish benchmarks for operational excellence.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align operations with company goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee potential mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in executive operations management, with a focus on materials handling equipment.
• Other industries would be considered including construction equipment and general rental.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Experience driving acquisitions and mergers would be a plus.
