Position Overview: This role is for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst reporting into our Finance team while providing support with analytics to our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, high attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills. You'll be integral in solving the root problems and ensuring our financials are styled to perfection.

- Financial Analysis Accuracy: Maintain a 95% or above accuracy rate – precision is key, just like in a perfect cut!
- Project Contribution: Successfully contribute to at least 4 cross-functional projects per annum or as directed – teamwork makes the dream work!
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Achieve at least 90% positive feedback from stakeholder feedback surveys and reviews – keeping everyone happy, one stylish solution at a time.
- Vendor Accrual Programs: Track and record vendor accrual programs, ensuring they are processed and redeemed correctly – making sure our numbers and our strands align perfectly.
- Improved Reporting and Data Analytics: Enhance reporting and data analytics for the business – because great data is the foundation of great styles.
You will be well known as a:
- Financial Trendsetter: Assist finance in analyzing financial data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Data Detective: Collaborate with IT to gather and analyze data related to business processes and systems. Manage recurring reports, obtain approvals, and follow up on accrual programs, including credits and reimbursements.
- System Stylist: Support implementation and enhancement of systems for finance and SCM when needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Participate in cross-functional projects as required.
- Purchase Perfectionist: Assist the purchasing department in verifying POs and reports.
- Versatile Virtuoso: Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with large ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Power BI) – you should be as comfortable with spreadsheets as you are with a styling wand.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical abilities, reliability, and excellent math skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance/supply chain/business or IT are essential.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team, particularly during high-volume month-end close schedules.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Asana, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
