Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and general labor tasks in particular, relating to rough framing, with the ability to work on various construction projects.

Duties:

- Fabricate and assemble structures such as walls, roofs, and floors

- Install doors, windows, and other fixtures

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings (will provide training to candidates that are willing to learn)

- Complete tasks related to caulking, sealing, and finishing work

- Assist with general maintenance person duties on job sites

Requirements:

- Proven experience in carpentry and general labor tasks

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans

- Familiarity with caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques

- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship (This is a key quality)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in roof installation and repair

- Ability to work with various materials such as wood, metal, and concrete

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
