Job Duties:
- Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment and related services.
- Manages and/or performs network maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems.
- Assists with the design and selection of future platforms, addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues.
- Manages customer expectations and ensures prompt and complete customer service.
- Provides guidance and training to departmental staff.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of relevant experience
Preferred
- 5 years of networking experience
- Thorough understanding of Cisco wireless infrastructure
- CCNA\CCNP
- Cisco route\switch troubleshooting
- Experience with Metro Ethernet and site to site VPN
- Basic understanding of ITSM and ability to document activities
- Cisco ASA\Palo Alto configuration
