Key Staffing is looking to fill a Maintenance Clerk position in the Selma, CA area. This is a temporary position and may require some Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Daily/Weekly R & M Budget Report
- Downtime/Uptime tracking and Correlation with the R&M Budget
- PM Modifications and Completion
- Schedule & Releasing Daily PM/WO documents
- Audit Tracking
- Weekend Work Schedule Generation/Tracking
- Electrical Contractor Tracking and Documentation management
- Time & Attendance Tracking
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of clerical/administrative experience
- Experience working in the food industry
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to react fast
