Sales & Marketing Account Executive - Coastal North Crolina
At Key Title, we've built a great team of experienced title insurance professionals that are well respected in the industry, and we are looking to grow our reputation. We are currently experiencing a period of hypergrowth, bolstered by one of the strongest home buying and refinancing booms in history.
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to lead the charge on marketing and strategy for Key Title's growth opportunities.
Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Create and implement business development plan as established by Key Title’s Agency Manager with a target to increase business.
- Develop and maintain a referral network from attorneys by providing information, answering questions and undertaking an active call program utilizing business development tools.
- Continually seek ways to improve penetration level of internal referrals from partners by working with their management teams.
- Continually seek ways to increase percentage of outside business.
- Maintain awareness of market area, by being familiar with real estate attorneys, mortgage lenders, builders and realtors.
- Communicate weekly with Agency Manager with regard to marketing achievements, projects, and strategies.
- Follow-up on leads and suggestions provided by Agency Manager.
- Join and participate in professional organizations.
- Work with marketing support personnel to develop and maintain appropriate marketing pamphlets, brochures and other promotional items.
- Report sales activities and maintain database of leads using provided CRM tools.
- Maintain superior level of customer service by follow-up with customers and communicating with agency staff as needed.
Operational Assistance
- Work to resolve accounts receivable and pending file issues that are escalated by the Agency and Production manager(s).
- Ensure that consistent communication is occurring with Agency and Production manager(s) with regard to the market, customer feedback, marketing initiatives and strategies.
Risk Management
- Recognize and identify potential “at risk” customers.
- Understand and comply with risk management tools, practices and policies.
- Provide and document information necessary for the Risk Management team to review and identify potential risks.
