Works under the guidance of the Director, Enterprise Fraud Services (EFS) as the Fraud Program and Product Manager who is a fraud subject matter expert across the enterprise and ensures department objectives are met. This individual contributor role is accountable for executing the fraud program and strategy, provides guidance on EFS program and products, engages with internal and external business partners, and provides fraud subject matter expertise as required. The role will be accountable for best practices and execution of strategic outcomes, participation in working groups and committees.
Responsibilities
- Uses comprehensive fraud scheme knowledge and experience to support EFS and partners
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships across a matrix organization; has exceptional interpersonal skills
- Accountable for fraud related updates, materials, and insights as needed
- Represents EFS in working groups, business unit reviews, risk committees; acts as trusted advisor to EFS and across KeyBank
- Represents KeyBank at industry conferences, professional associations, and other venues.
- Develops fraud thought leadership on specific products and emerging practice areas as requested
- Documents and provides updates on the Fraud Program and Product management
- Responsible for fraud knowledge dissemination, reporting, and communications
- Partners with the Director on leadership activities including strategic, organizational, financial planning for the team
- Identifies best practices and is familiar with industry methodologies
- Represents EFS on escalations, provides executive communications, and concise updates as needed
- Will frequently present fraud trends with strong communication, presentation, and partnership skills
- Will lead and make decisions from data insights with strong quantitative acumen
- Will use Power Point and other Microsoft tools to develop fraud updates for Fraud Risk Committee, Board reporting.
- Will serve as Officer in Charge and Deputy Director EFS as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred and five or more years of experience in fraud, fraud product/program management, fraud investigations, or fraud strategy.
- Excellent partnership, influence, and collaboration skills to successfully engage across a matrix organization including HR, Business Segments, Fraud Risk Oversight, and Fraud Investigations
- Ability to independently lead and influence based on broad industry experience
- Demonstrate and maintain familiarity of industry trends and practices
- Assist in developing reporting and metrics to measure performance and effectiveness of operational processes
- Be an analytical thinker who is process oriented, with demonstrated problem-solving and analysis skills with attention to detail
- Be a highly motivated professional with excellent decision-making skills
- Have experience working with and handling sensitive materials
- Have a propensity for action and a drive to get things done
- Be able to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel

- Consulting experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $95,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
