Sr Project Manager Leader

Location: For Those Who Work At Home - Various, Ohio 44145 ABOUT THE JOB The Senior Project Manager Leader is responsible for delivering secure, comprehensive, architecturally sound, and stable security solutions and projects for the KeyBank Enterprise Security Services domain. Successful candidates will manage project execution for strategic/complex projects, mentor other project managers within our area, and collaborate effectively with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and KeyBank line of business areas in support of project execution and delivery. Actively leads and participates in domain level planning exercises, portfolio monitoring, forecasting and budget planning. Participates in industry forums and contributes to the security community by establishing and building networks with internal and external stakeholders. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Works autonomously and demonstrates strong Key leadership competencies; plays leadership role in the team; Organized, Self-disciplined, leader with ability to influence broadly, lead updates with senior executives, and direct the work of other project managers/team members towards common outcomes and strategy execution; demonstrates influence & challenge skills; Demonstrated ability to develop talent Strategic thinker, demonstrates the ability to anticipate client needs, ability to identify & solve complex problems utilizing strong conflict management skills Ability to manage planning and execution across multiple levels of the organization; consistently meets project budget, schedule, scope & risk targets may manage the execution of vendor contracts Understands business model and project contribution to meet business strategy, including financial & risk impacts Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to adjust communication to audience Clearly articulates vision of projects future state impact to business strategy Assesses & coaches team members and direct reports to both strengths and developmental needs; fosters and encourages open & honest feedback; learns from feedback to drive personal and team development Proactively manages risks to minimize occurrence of issues; comfortable in an environment of risk and uncertainty; performs impact analysis and prioritization; identifies corrective/ mitigating actions Demonstrated ability to escalate risks/issues timely and motivate others to resolve; provides effective reporting of impact and status; identifies and manages project dependencies REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5 of project management experience, including 2 of complex project management experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills is required. Knowledge/experience in the financial services industry a plus. Experience working with any of the following is a plus: Information Security Projects, Identity Access Management Projects, Service Accounts, CyberArk or Sailpoint.
