General Responsibilities:
- Creating high impact sales presentations and promotions
- Collaborate with sales staff, creative services, and digital content team to integrate and execute sponsored station promotions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to develop marketing strategies that generate results.
- Creatively write and post sponsored social media content that ensures client success and brand consistency.
- Using graphic design software, create engaging digital advertisements
- Effectively communicate with other internal departments for sales campaigns
- Ability to perform at a high level, multitask efficiently and meet deadlines in this fast-paced environment.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and Sales Managers.
- Assign commercial traffic to station orders
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent copy writing and communications skills.
- Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Graphic design experience. Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Energetic, competitive and self-starter.
- Capable of learning new systems promptly and thoroughly.
- Previous commercial television or marketing experience is helpful.
