Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Open Payment Framework, Wires, and ACH (Automated Clearing House) systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business requirements, designing efficient payment processes, and collaborating with cross functional teams to drive successful implementation.

The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing our payment systems and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams, to gather and document detailed business requirements related to Open Payment Framework, Wires, and ACH systems.

Conduct thorough analysis of existing payment processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.

Utilize domain knowledge and technical expertise to translate business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications and technical documentation.

Lead the development of process flows, use cases, and user stories to effectively communicate requirements to development and technical teams.

Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment of objectives, and successful project execution.

Provide subject matter expertise to guide and advise development teams in designing and implementing solutions that align with industry standards and best practices.

Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.

Conduct regular status updates and project meetings to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Open Payment Framework, Wires, and ACH systems, working closely with technical teams and external partners as needed.

Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in payment technologies, and incorporate relevant insights into the development and enhancement of payment systems.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience (10 years) as a Business Analyst in the financial industry, specifically with expertise in Open Payment Framework, Wires, and ACH systems.

Strong understanding of payment processing workflows, transaction lifecycles, and industry regulations (e.g., NACHA rules for ACH transactions).

Proficiency in creating comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non technical stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.

Familiarity with project management principles and practices. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
