Salary Range: $125,900 - $135,900 per year

KeyLogic is seeking an Angular Programmer III to support a major national laboratory.
The client's department architects, designs, and develops software systems and solutions for mission programs. These solutions enable many mission-critical activities in all phases of a customer's product lifecycle. They interact frequently with application end users, mission customers and key stakeholders throughout the National Lab complex.
The assignment will be to take a custom component/web app and re-write/modernize it to use Spring Boot and Angular. Also included, developing data services for critical master data entities to support mission programs. This aspect includes a data warehousing component and SQL or ETL related skills.
Note: This position is 100% onsite and candidate must reside in the Albuquerque area.
- Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
- Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts.
- Translate detailed design into computer software.
- Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product.
- Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
- Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
- Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
- Experience in information system design, including application programming on large-scale database management systems and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree plus 8 years' experience.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree plus 11 years experience or an additional 6 years' experience is needed for a total of 14 years experience.
- U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy Q clearance.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years Angular experience.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years Java experience.
- Candidate should have minimum 3-4 years of experience with SQL, ETL, or other data warehousing related technologies and processes.
- Angular experience is preferred over AngularJS experience.
- Candidate should be passionate about front-end/UI software engineering and specifically has experience with Angular.
