Job Posting for Telephone Operator/Customer Service at Keys-Triple G Answering Service
Keys- Triple G Answering Service is now hiring for a full-time telephone operator/ customer service representative! If you are able to provide excellent customer service, are competent at spelling & grammar, and type at least 25 words per minute then we are looking for you!
We are seeking a full-time, dependable person for afternoon/evening shifts, but must be available to work any shift and must be available to work weekends and holidays! Our business is open 24 hrs per day, 365 days per year.
Reliable transportation is also needed. We offer five paid holidays, (If you work the holiday), and paid vacation after 1 year.
Must apply in person at 5724 Leopard St., Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. No phone calls, please.
Abilities and Skills:
- Oral Expression - Communicating by speaking.
- Oral Comprehension - Listening and understanding what people say.
- Speech Clarity - Speaking clearly.
- Speech Recognition - Recognizing spoken words.
- Active Listening - Listening to others, not interrupting, and asking good questions.
- Speaking - Talking to others.
- Service Orientation - Looking for ways to help people.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
