This job plays a vital role in adapting to dynamic changes throughout the New Product Introduction process and will add support and continuity to production line. It balances multiple tasks simultaneously during the production launch and help ensure production processes are created and maintained. Tasks can range from supporting Engineering with solutioning to helping Assembly teams control an inventory process. This role supports the production line integrity and quality in a fast passed environment.

Responsibilities


  • Interface with Cross-functional Engineering teams and provide general support for New Product Introduction and Research and Development activities.
  • Manage and create systems to organize new and leveraged materials during New Product Introduction progress and/or maintain current product material systems.
  • Implement organizational systems to support the new product line and track NPI and existing Production units.
  • Assess, plan, purchase and track equipment, tools, and accessories needed as part of operating on the production floor.
  • Collaborate during New Project and Product meetings.
  • Lead small or large teams for continuous improvement, including, develop/maintain process to eliminate waste/redundancy, improve visibility of pain points and standardize processes for the team.

Qualifications


Basic Qualifications:


  • 3 to 5 years’ experience demonstrating success working with Engineering teams and partners to plan, develop, refine, and launch products.


Desired Qualifications:


  • Working knowledge of the following systems: Oracle, KewlTools, iProcuremnt, Shopfloor Control, and MARS
  • Growth mindset
  • Understanding of the Product Lifecycle
  • Hands on assembly experience
  • RF and Microwave technical knowledge
