Job Description:
The main focus of the Selling Branch Manager is to GROW THE OFFICE and BUILD A TEAM. This includes ensuring that the day-to-day operation of the business are as efficient as possible and that all employees are aware of their deliverables. This position will be ½ Sales and ½ Management.
Salary:
60K-75K with potential weekly/monthly bonus
Schedule:
Monday- Friday- 745am–5pm
Job Responsibilities: (What you will be doing during the work day)
· Growing the office
· Building a solid team
· Selling and managing new accounts
· Managing staff of Recruiters and On-Site Supervisors/Managers including recruiting, training, and development of new and existing staff
· Maintaining work shift scheduling; reviews and approves hours worked by subordinates.
· Counseling and disciplining employees when needed
· Overseeing payroll processing to ensure that timely and accurate information is maintained in the system and provided to corporate payroll processors
· Monitoring and controlling office expenses within budget guidelines
· Visiting clients, building and maintaining rapport with them
· Responsible for identifying and generating new business through outside sales activities such as prospecting, telemarketing, cold calls, and relationship building
· Providing client-specific reports and other reports as needed
· Leading daily branch morning meetings at 7:45 am
· Networking – 2-3 events/week

Job Expectations: (What you will be graded)
· Increase employee count 10% over same period prior year until the branch reaches at least 300 while maintaining Staff Efficiency Ratio within range
Job Qualifications
· High School Diploma required
· Must have 3 years of Staffing Branch Manager experience in a light industrial staffing environment
· AA or BA in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role preferably in staffing or other customer service role
· Experience working with time keeping systems and various business reports.
· Experience working with a high level of independence
· Demonstrated experience in managing competing demands
· Experience managing a team of Recruiters and On-Site Supervisors
· Background in Human Resources a plus
