STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualifications:
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- General construction knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work with all types of hand-held and power tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings.
- OSHA 10/OSHA 30 preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience or Journeyman Certification
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install and repair solar electrical equipment and fixtures
- Provide installation assistance for the PV Installation team.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Perform work in a timely manner.
- Keep a clean, organized workplace.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control.
- Communicate with customers and coworkers in a respectful, professional manner.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly administrative reports/documents.
- Provide feedback for process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize appropriate safety equipment and ensuring that all company policy, procedures, and governmental regulations, etc. are adhered to.
- Responsible for ensuring all staff are updated as needed.
- Ability to travel.
LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train and instructs Jr, foreman, field electrician apprentices, sr. electrician apprentices, electrician crew leads, and solar installation personnel.
- May manage subordinate employees or contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Coral Reef/KCS policies.
- Keeps time and operating costs to a minimum and ensures solar installation operations are efficient.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Ability to lift and / or carry up to 75 pounds daily.
- Ability to walk on uneven, slippery, and muddy conditions.
- Ability to sit and / or stand for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours daily.
- Ability to work outdoors in all environmental conditions.
- Ability to operate and maneuver on and off an all-terrain vehicle throughout the day.
- Ability to work on roofs.
Will be subject to other physical activities required, to include climbing, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, seeing, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions. Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and range of vision necessary to safely perform job functions.
