Position Description:
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of Coordination and supervision of Land Development construction activities in accordance with approved plans, budgets, contracts, and schedules.
Responsibilities:
Inspections of land development construction activities to ensure compliance with the approved plans, compliance with land development regulations, workmanship and construction schedules.
Bidding of site work and management of budgets.
Daily coordination of site contractors, construction staff, inspectors, utility companies and consultants.
Scheduling of Erosion & Sedimentation control inspections and filing of reports.
Coordinate the maintenance of the Erosion & Sedimentation control facilities.
Coordinate the utility company designs, trenching and installations.
Attendance at pre-construction meetings and land development meetings.
Coordinate the dedication/acceptance of site improvements with governmental agencies and homeowner associations.
Coordinate regular reductions of escrow accounts and financial securities.
Support existing communities, construction staff and trouble shoot issues.

Qualification Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in land development construction activities within the State of Maryland with another developer, builder, contractor, excavation company or engineering firm.
Must have current valid State of Maryland Erosion & Sediment Control Certification (at all times).
Detailed and results oriented.
Ability to multi-task and run multiple projects concurrently.
Must be able to read engineering improvement plans and have an in-depth understanding of all aspects o field conditions for land development.
In-depth knowledge of earthwork, drainage, piping, erosion & sedimentation controls and utilities.
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
Salary Range: $100K - $125K (Depending on Experience)
