Keystone is looking for motivated employees willing to work with a diverse population. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Beginning rate is $16 hourly (pay negotiable based on training and/or experience), with annual raises; a $200 bonus after successfully completing the 90-day orientation process. Description:
- Assist developmentally disabled (DD) individuals (seeking paid employment) in the Individualized Employment (IE) program.
- Support individuals in the Community Inclusions (CI) program to promote independence, personal growth and engage in community socialization.
- Work closely with the Career Consultant (CC) to develop goals and write annual plans and progress reports.
Requirements include the following:
- Must be 18 years old
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities (preferred, but not required)
- Demonstrate ability to work well with team members
- Ability to work effectively with the public as well as a diverse staff
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently
- Basic PC skills
- Pass state background checks
- Pass drug test (screen for illegal drugs)
- Have a valid Washington State driver’s license
