Administrative duties including but not limited to:
Assist Supervisors in creating estimates for client
Assist Payroll department with weekly jobsite payroll
Maintain daily timesheets for all employees on the jobsite
Maintaining inventory of materials and supplies
Requisitioning and tracking, shipping and receiving materials and supplies
Compliance tracking and auditing (Drug Testing, Asbestos paperwork, etc.)
Office and meeting area cleaning
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other computer operating systems
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, economic and critical thinking skills
Self-motivated and have a strong commitment to personal and team safety
Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
