Nanny/Household Manager

Lovely Lancaster family is seeking a long term,organized and reliable Nanny-House Manager.

They are a busy professional family seeking a highly organized and dependable individual to fill a dual role within their household. This position combines the responsibilities of a nanny with light household management duties.

Responsibilities:

• Child Care: Provide safe and reliable transportation to and from school for our children (flexible drop-off times between 6:30-7:00 am, pick-up at 2:30 or 3:30 pm depending on the day).
• Activity Management: Oversee children's after-school activities (schedule may vary seasonally).
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals for children, including light meal prep and following simple recipes.
• Household Management (2 days per week): Assist with grocery shopping, light housekeeping tasks (kitchen cleaning, children's play areas), basic meal prep (chopping vegetables, preparing simple meals), and laundry for the entire family.
• Flexibility: Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate occasional late work hours for both parents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience caring for children.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Proficient in meal preparation, including following basic recipes.
• Discretion and respect for privacy.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, with evenings typically ending by 6:30 pm (Wednesdays by 8:30 pm).

Position offers:

$22-$26/hr DOE

Must be cpr and first aid certified and be willing to submit to a background check and ten panel drug test.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
