Job Summary:
The Manager for Night Operations supervises the daily responsibilities of the Property Management Lodging Operations Department. The position covers a vast and dynamic scope of responsibilities including advising basic maintenance repairs and deliveries to condominium units, addressing and solving issues and concerns from Guests and Owners, supervising Guest Services Specialists in the field as well as additional duties. This position often interacts with Keystone Emergency Services as well as governmental emergency response agencies such as the Snake River Fire Department, the Summit County Ambulance Service, and the Summit County Sheriff’s Department. Excellent management and leadership skills as well as an ability to work and supervise a sizable crew are vital. The ability to balance multiple tasks as well as often stressful interactions is needed. An excellent knowledge of the resort's physical layout, basic maintenance skills, and experience in the hospitality industry is required. Other duties as assigned.
This position is scheduled for a 4 day on/3 day of night shift. This position also has an after-hours emergency on-call component.

Job Qualifications:
- Experience in a service position preferred, ability to demonstrate strong passion for guest service a must.
- Strong verbal communication skills needed.
- General computer knowledge and ease using smart phone apps, as all tasks are dispatched/managed/completed on a mobile app.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Ability and comfort to drive in adverse weather conditions with the utmost regard for safety.
- Familiarity with maintenance and building systems a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- In person or video interview strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably move in and out of a vehicle, safely across snow and up and down stairs.
The budgeted range starts at $47,100 - $68,175 annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
