We are looking for a talented, creative, and innovative Content Associate with an innate story-telling ability and a passion for writing, editing, and content development to help anchor our content strategy. This role will report to the marketing function and will be key team member of the marketing department. The Content Associate will play an integral role in developing and executing on our content strategy through articles, blog posts, eBooks, infographics, email, podcasting, and other media to drive brand awareness, engagement, and broadcast the Keystone story with clients, prospective clients, recruits, and team members around Keystone Strategy’s positioning in the market with a technology-first and legal angle top-of-mind. In this position, this individual will help bring the Keystone culture and nuances to life at the firm through a content-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, write, and edit articles from thought leadership, webinars, research, and other content produced by our consultants
• Develop and execute on writing SEO-driven blog posts for LinkedIn and our website leveraging keyword research
• Conceptualize, pitch, and write contributed articles for target tech and legal publications
• Build write-ups, summaries, and articles around Keystone-hosted podcasts and external PR opportunities for our website
• Create and develop case studies that tell the stories of our people, our experts, and our clients for our defined audiences
• Partner with our freelance network to create compelling video content to serve through demand and lead generation campaigns
• Monitor and report on KPIs across our publishing platforms through Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others

Competencies:

• 4 years in a related journalism, reporting, blogging, or content-forward role
• Passion for storytelling through long form and short form articles, blog posts, and other written forms of content
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively work with wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent editing, writing, and organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Intellectually curious with a drive to think creatively in telling brand stories
• Ability to guide a project from concept to production while managing multiple projects
• Experience in the tech or legal industries or adjacent fields is preferred
• A plus: Experience working with marketing automation software like HubSpot and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
• A plus: Ability to produce and edit video and audio with experience working with professional audio/video editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Transistor.fm)

US Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
