Among other tasks, Keypilot:

• Conducts property search: By analyzing a portfolio of properties, it understands the owner's asset preferences and then recommends comparable properties that meet its acquisition criteria
• Underwrites opportunities: It digests comps, financial information and market trends and quickly drafts an investment memo
• Simplifies the diligence process, analyzing and summarizing the most relevant deal-related documents
• Manages your portfolio: It compares a property to other similar ones, and provides adjustment recommendations to the proposed business plan, leading to operational efficiencies

Our CEO is a serial tech entrepreneur that has successfully launched three companies and raised $50M in venture capital from top-tier investors, and our team brings experience from companies such as Google, Blackstone, McKinsey, Credit Suisse Real Estate Division, and Ares Capital, among others. We raised a $25M Series A, and have raised over $100M in total funding up to this point.

As a member of the Product Management team at Keyway, you will be working on the roadmap and strategy of our customer facing products, aligning multiple teams and stakeholders, and creating product features, models, and tools that enable our customers to easily utilize and enjoy Keyway's products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Responsibilities and Opportunities:

• Customer Insight: Gain an in-depth understanding of customer requirements to enhance the utility and adoption of Keyway's offerings.
• Product Innovation: Drive the definition and development of new products and features by closely collaborating with teams across Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Engineering, Real Estate, and Marketing teams to foster a synergetic environment that enhances product delivery and market reach.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor clear objectives and performance metrics for both teams and new product features, taking full accountability for outcomes.

About You:

• Experienced Professional: You bring at least 3 years of robust experience in consulting or product management. 
• Expert Communicator: With an advanced level of English, you possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You excel in articulating complex business challenges and actionable solutions.
• System Builder: Demonstrated ability to design systems from scratch and deliver results within stringent timelines.
• Impact Maker: Capable of influencing various stages of the product lifecycle, from vision and strategy formulation to meticulous execution and operational support.
• Continuous Improver: Committed to relentless refinement of products based on user feedback and data.
