Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in need of a Business Analyst in Woburn, MA. Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst will partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
• As a Business Analyst, you will conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
  
  

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
• Banking experience in commercial lending
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports
• Knowledge or experience with Salesforce and/or nCino
• Proven analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
