What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Architect position at Kforce Inc.?
- Data Architect will collaborate with IT team to understand data requirements and objectives
- Design and develop efficient ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from IBM systems to Azure
- Identify and address data quality issues, anomalies, and inconsistencies through data cleansing strategies
- Utilize cloud technologies, particularly Azure services, to create scalable and reliable data solutions
- Optimize database structures for efficient storage and retrieval of data
- As a Data Architect, you will work with programming languages like Python, SQL, and tools for data manipulation and transformation
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and data protection regulations
- Provide technical expertise and support to other teams, including data analysts and business intelligence
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data integration and engineering
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
