Kforce is currently seeking a Data Center Construction Manager for a contract role with our client in Austin, TX. The Role: As a CM, you will play a critical role in managing and executing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the design team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your technical expertise, organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate will be key in coordinating and facilitating various aspects of the construction process. Duties Include:

- Data Center Construction Manager will direct and coordinate with the project team members to establish objectives, set deliverables, and develop schedules
- Identify and address potential project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Forecast turnover tasks with QA & Commissioning teams for to complete project life cycles
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports
- As a Data Center Construction Manager, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local authorities, and industry standards
- Oversee and monitor construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field/qualified years of experience
- 2 years of experience in Data Center construction, commercial construction, project management, or engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
