RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Content Designer in Boston, MA.Summary:On any given day as a Designer for Global Digital Design, your role will include planning photoshoots (creation of shot lists including all components of photoshoot creative direction), on-set art direction (virtual during Covid times, back on set once we're able to), creating post shoot selects and selects decks, retouching notes, video editing creative direction notes and presenting your creative work to team leadership.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Art Direction or Photography
- 3 years of experience in design or content creation for large retail e-commerce or key digital agency experience specific to the streetwear footwear/apparel industry
- Excellent Adobe suite skills
- Photo and Motion Post Production knowledge
- Proficient or Figma
- Deep connection to streetwear culture and trend
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
