What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Deployment PM position at Kforce Inc.?
- Create and manage a dynamic project plan, detailing project critical tasks, establishing governance, and tracking high level milestones, including dates, dependencies, owners, risks, mitigation, etc.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues impacting successful team completion of project goals
- Provide regular high-level updates to leadership detailing status, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation
- Manage, track, and coordinate the completion of project documentation (i.e., requirements and design documents), approvals and sign-off with business partners
- Create a best-in-class digital restaurant experience that has been validated with positive ROI, positive guest feedback and positive franchisee/guest experience
- In partnership with the cross-functional team and key vendors, implement sustainable and scalable processes that support our Kiosk and Digital Menuboard programs and deployment
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in related project or similar program deploying digital solutions
- Experience leading projects, product roadmaps, deployment roadmaps
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical/Excel skills for tracking
- Really strong attention to detail and well organized
- Self-motivated team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day and has strong cross functional experience, emotional intelligence, and empathy
- Ability to inspire and promote an entrepreneurial spirit of resourcefulness and adaptability across the organization
- A love of data and insights, always asking -how can we do this better/differently-

- A shared appreciation for and commitment to our values
- PMP certified or similar Project Management certification is a plus
- QSR/Restaurant/Retail experience a preferred, but not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
