Summary: The Finance/Contract Admin Support role supports project activities within the IT & Digital Delivery Team. This position provides financial and contract administrative services to assist IT Program and Project Managers. - Monitor and report on project expenditures (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Use SAP for project finance management
- Submit purchase requisitions via SAP
- Prepare financial reports and funding projections
- Collaborate on department-wide reporting
- Provide meeting support, including scheduling and minute-taking
- Conduct variance analysis of actuals vs. budget and forecast
- Assist with month-end postings, reconciliations, and inter-company transfers
- Manage budget sign-offs and financing
- Handle multiple currencies
- Perform retrospective analysis of capital expenditure projects
- Maintain a dynamic costing database
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Manage data collection and entry for reporting purposes
- Prepare and maintain project spend plans, comparing actuals vs. planned costs
- Maintain accurate records of contract-related documents (SOWs, WOs, COs/CRs)
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance
- Assist in drafting and obtaining approvals for contract changes
- Prepare summaries and reports highlighting contract terms, risks, and deliverables
- Support contractor/vendor onboarding and offboarding
- Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
- Managing demands and expectations of a geographically distributed workforce
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI
- Effective communication for cross-functional alignment
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- SAP experience preferred, including purchase requisitions and budget tracking
- ServiceNow SPM experience is a plus
